karl Hamilton	General	Driving across CSX Aggretate track outside Charlestown WV found 600 and 283 with the gravel train blocking the road, 3 derailed cars, looked like they hadn't properly latched the hopper on about #3 car and it caused the other 2 to climb up on the pile and slide sideways. All were upright but leaning to one side and they load them to the top and then some so some spilled.	10/1/2013 10:18:25 PM
